New diagnostics software - Autoterm Test

Autoterm company would like to let you know you about release of new diagnostic software Autoterm test.

Autoterm test currently with release version 1.6 will be accessible in English and Russian language at the moment.

Autoterm test version 1.6 is designed for testing of PLANAR, BINAR heaters and its components. At the moment version 1.6 does not support testing of pre-heater 14TC-MINI, in next version that is expected in mid-May, 2018 the newly produced software will have a 14TC-MINI added for detailed diagnostics.

List of heaters modifications that are compatible with Autoterm test diagnostics software:

• PLANAR-8D-P
• PLANAR-9D

Software will have an easier way of reading data for problem solving. “Report” functions main advantage is to see last 10 error codes of the heater. Information will be stored in a heaters control unit, not in software. This allows anyone who has access to the Autoterm test software and USB adapter (assy.2135) to connect heater and get a detailed report for 10 last encountered error codes, regardless from other company done tests on the same device.

Autoterm test will now have a “real time” diagnostic function with more than 10 data lines, that can be chosen to be seen on the graph in the process of testing.

The software will allow to test fuel pumps by giving commands to fuel pump to reach manufacturers pre-set and maximum accepted doses of fuel in a pre-set time limit, thus if pump cannot reach dosage level pre-set by manufacturer, it will indicate of a problem with the fuel pump.

Autoterm test will not be meant only for diagnostic purposes, it also can be used to fill fuel lines of hydronic pre-heaters and air heaters after installation or repair. This option was implemented, so that authorized services could have an easier way of filling the correct dose level of fuel in fuel line. Previously this was a more complex procedure, that mostly resulted in appearance of error “13”, because it was done starting the heater by hand, thus never resulting with the needed fuel dose in fuel line.

If the heater is “blocked”, the program will allow to unlock it by using software function “unlock”.
